Tuesday 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm -  Guided Ashtanga
A traditional style of Hatha Yoga taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. A vigorous sequence of poses always done in the same order, synchronized with breath.

Wednesday 6pm - 7:30pm -  Vinyasa Level 2 Prepare to sweat! Strong classes featuring Ujjayi breath, jumping Sun Salutations, deeper back bends and arm balances. Practiced in a warm room. Experience recommended. 

Saturday 8 am - 9:30 am -  Vinyasa Level 2-3
An unapologetically strong Vinyasa class in a warm room. We do deep poses - at the level each practitioner can manage, like arm balances, splits, handstands, etc. It's fun and challenging!

Sunday 9:35 am - 11 am -  Vinyasa 2Prepare to sweat! Strong classes featuring Ujjayi breath, jumping Sun Salutations, deeper back bends and arm balances. Practiced in a warm room. Experience recommended.

A moderately paced class with flowing movements focusing on developing strength and flexibility. The basics of inversions and back bends are offered for those ready to take their practice to the next level. Previous yoga experience helpful. 

Thursday 9 am - 10:30 am - Yoga Wall and Inversion Sling
Experience a whole new way of practicing Yoga using wall rope and inversion sling techniques!
